At ProudPick, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read the details below to understand how our shipping process works.


1. Shipping Methods Available

We partner with reliable courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Orders are shipped using standard courier services and may be fulfilled through multiple logistics partners depending on your location.

At this time, we do not offer same-day or express delivery unless specifically mentioned on the product page.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 4–7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 6–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and external factors such as weather or regional restrictions.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: ₹99 per order

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999 (if applicable)

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status through the courier partner’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of shipping confirmation, please contact us.


6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.

Proud Pick Store is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, but we will always do our best to help resolve delivery issues.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-delivery.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
